This ILP portfolio of reflective and critical thinking encourages students to articulate and understand their learning development and apply the academic knowledge and learning skills across the whole of the curriculum and in planning future learning. The students\u00e2\u0080\u0099 reflective and critical thinking in the Integrated Learning Portfolio also provides them with the opportunity to consider how their learning development will impact upon future learning and Personal Development Planning.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th><strong>Assessment <\/strong><\/th>\n<td>Reflecting on the learning journey is a key element of the ILP Assessment strategy:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formative &#8211;
