Rationale Aims to enable students to develop their professional and personal skills to ensure that they are equipped for both the study and work environment. The module incorporates elements of PDP and self evaluation.
Description of Initiative Students produce Personal Action Plans which illustrate reflection on improving : 

Time management –prioritising and planning

Organisation and effectiveness of meetings

Presentation skills

Team building

Collecting, analysing and interpreting information

Effective reflection

Referencing

Report and essay writing skills

Examination skills

ICT skills

Assessment 

 

 

Portfolio of evidence 75% 

In class tests 25%

Ideas for adapting Short tasks and tests are given in order to develop particular skills and these are collected in a portfolio of evidence along with reflection which relates to the PDP
